Review - Adnan Sempit

Many and i mean MANY of my friends recomended this movie...at first i wasn't that intrigued to watch it since the poster is not that alluring...but words by mouth prove to be the most effective as there was not only one, two, or three, but lots of my friends recomend it...so i call up my movies buddies and en route for the movie...owh yeah i forgot to mention, i tried to go and watch the movie three times but every single time it was FULL HOUSE...perghhh boleh tak? which added to my interest to seriously watch the movie...

The movie started off with this Adnan (Shaheizy Sam) whois a despatch in a company, who have a serious problem of daydreaming...ya la...syok kat big boss....hello....but then again...this is a movie...so anything can happen in a movie la...adding in to the crazyness, Adnan have this cousin, Macha (Cat Farish) whois married to the very the garang wife, Ika (Julia Hana) who opened a warung where he went almost on daily basis (i think la) to get advice about love and all...especially about love lah...and it was damn funny weih...from the amateur karaoke singer disrupting their conversation with songs down to the conversation itself....i was laughing like mad...

To cut the story short, Nadia (Intan Ladyana), the boss, have to be the host of this reunion with her friends...and because she doesn't want her 'water face' to drop, she literally snatch Adnan to her office room and introduced him to all her friends (there were only two of them in her office) as her boyfriend...and the delirious Adnan fainted...wadamaderfakingfish...

The story goes on with all these hillarious conversations and direct malay-english translation that is so damn hillarious and i was clenching my jaw from laughing too much...and also some of the unbelievable dialogue such as this ~'Walaupun muka saya nampak brutal, tapi dalam hati ada taman' (and sobbing endlessly on Nadia's shoulder)~ wadamaderfakingfish...

Not going to give in all the spoilers and all as i had been warned...deng...i tend to write a whole sypnosis instead of a review of some sort...anyway...this movie is hillarious for some laughing time it is worth it...nothing to think about, just go ahead and laugh your head off...but seriously this is one hilarious modern malaysian-made comedy...it was worth my time and the RM8/-...recomended...support malaysian products yeah...
