Survived NY...Can Survive Anywhere?

Seriously...are you serious???

Aku tak pernah jejakkan kaki ke NY lagi...so aku tak tau ler betapa susahnya hidup kat NY...once, a few months ago...cik hayati shared about this one guy who uttered this phrase to her...and i can't believe that someone (not the same person) actually said the same thing to me...and it comes from a mouth whom papa and mama sent USD5k per month as a living allowances...WTFish?

Teringin aku nak tengok dia gi kat Chenor tempat aku wat penempatan kampung dulu tu...aku nak tengok skit betapa betul sangat la statement dia yang kata if anyone had survived living in NY can live in any part of the world...

Tetiba aku terpikir...susah sangat ker hidup kat NY compared hidup kat...lets say....Sudan?

well, I think what it means, if you are street wise like those New Yorkers, you can make any kind of living in any cities la kot, set up business ker, dealing with authorities or bad people etc etc .... kalau jungle survival, kena la OBS, ye tak?

hurmmm...might be...but it would help you to decide if you were there and hear the tone of his voice while he uttered the words...

try dhaka!
duduk mana-mana developed country bolehlah survive. tak perlu nak kata duduk london ke, new york ke, sim city ke boleh nak survive. everywhere would offer a different set of living experiences.

tapi i rasa i takleh survive paris lah. hahahahahahahahah

maybe he meant duduk kat bandar je. any city given. nak suruh versatile, suh dia duduk rwanda. sudan tu baik sgt dah. takpun suh duduk pekan lubok antu kat sarawak. tu pun aku jamin dia takleh survive. hehehehe~

aku blm penah duk NY lg, tapi skg aku duk Sudan. Rumah kitorang sewa ni banglo 3 tingkat, kami sewa 3rd floor saje. rumah banglo, tapi jalan depan rumah tanah merah. setiap rumah kene ade gen set sb blackout sokmo.mop rumah hari2 sebab sandstorm. driver sini drive mcm haram. suke ptg q, cilok sane sini. harga barang bapak mahal! bygkan beras 5kg SDG 36 (x RM 1.60).duduk sini xboleh sakit sb medical facilities teruk. tgk hospital, mmg xpercaya itu hospital. student msia pernah bersalin kat sini, private hosp byr SDG 2000 tapi kapas pun husband dia kene beli sendiri kat luar.

p/s:sorry, komen dah jadi entry.

aku tak pernah pergi NY tapi skg aku duduk sudan. Kalau nak citer pasal sudan, nanti komen jadi entri. Tapi ramai orang pesan, tinggal kat sudan tlg jgn sakit.Medical facilities teruk! Hospital pun bukan mcm hospital. Sorang student Msia bersalin kat private hospital sini, bayar SDG 2000 (xRM1.60) tapi kapas pun husband die kene beli kat luar sebab hospital tu dah kehabisan kapas.

wtfish?? who freaking said this? i've been to NYC twice and it's nothing like staying in Pendang, Kedah (penempatan kampung i) or my own hometown kat Rembau ok. NYC has everything. It's a lavish and luxury life style kat sana. I doubt it that these people live on the Bronx side. Kalau duk Bronx pun takde la susah sgt. Brookly or Queens pun sama je. You have everything in NYC! Sangat senang nak cari barang/makanan kat sana. People kat sana lagi suka naik public transportation sebab it's so far the best public transportation service I pernah guna. Takde power failure and they have clean water 24/7. Where you can drink from the tap.

Now, can you get those from third world countries?
