Review - The Ugly Truth

Just got back from watching the movie...got recommended by a friend who went and watch it twice and still thinks that it was funny....deng...i do too....the humor is totally 18SX....and i just wondered who edited the movie (moi fairy god sista can answer me?)...

The movie started off with Katherine Heigl as a perfectionist and a control freak...deng...she totally listed out the guy's attributes that she found worth going out with on a piece of paper and had a gall to actually gave it to the guy on THE FIRST DATE!!!...that was scary...i would run at the first notice...hahaha...then quite by accident, the cat got her tuned in to Ugly Truth in the television hosted by Gerard Butler who later turns out to be hired to work in his own segment in the company where Katherine was the producer....this is where all hell break loose....

Gerard Butler somehow managed to became the girl's mentor in order for her to pursuit a guy...it was deng funny...may it comes from the phone call to the 'underwear', i laugh my head off....and i am still reeling from the headache of laughing so hard...the 'underwear' scene was totally funny and it kinda had the reminiscent of When Harry Meet Sally in a scene where Meg Ryan was trying to faking it to the guy in the restaurant while eating ice cream...you know what i'm talking about once you seen the movie...not going to blurt out the whole details...heheheh

But of course all ends well with the guy gets the girl on a hot air balloon....it was a total cliche but still the movie as a whole prove to have a breath of fresh air compared to other romantic comedies in the market at the moment....but to tell the truth, if i have someone who looks like Katherine Heigl coming for me, i would totally go blind and all deaf about her control freak attitude and all the other 'flaws' and just deal with it...i know lots of guy had done that...huahauhau

Watching the movie made me think about all those stuff that Gerard Butler's character was talking about...but yeah, it is totally a western culture where the jokes prove to be affective but then again, a good humor is a humor non the less...but i never thought that a guy can be so chauvinist in the way it was describe...but then again, if it happens in a movie, it might happen in real life...as of course sometimes the writer got the ideas from the things that is happening around us...and of course...it was deng funny...

Havent watched this movie yet. Waiting for my dear brother to download it ;)

Relationship is about accepting and lots of toleration. Accept and tolerate that the other person is different from you in some matters. Beauty fades but the attitude remains. Never settle down with feelings that she'll change because no one can or will..

p/s: Ever wondered why those beautiful actresses got divorced?

i watched it till i have major headache...watch out for the 'underwear' scene...deng hilarious...

thats why you need that spark to ignite the relationship...and i do like the statement that the opposite attracts...coz its refreshing...if you marry someone whois the exact you, it is as if you married yourself...hahahah

p/s: jawapan paling tepat ialah...takdak jodoh...jawapan depa...curang/ tak free/ nak menggatai tak bebas dan dot dot dot...hahaha
